Help & Support
Got a question?
Frequently asked questions and how to get in touch.
What is OnlyDig?
OnlyDig is an underground music community where selectors and DJs share their crate. Post music discoveries, follow selectors, and — when it launches — subscribe to their private crate for €1.99/month.
What is the Crate Privé?
The Crate Privé is a private feed of weekly drops: record cards with stories and audio snippets. It's currently in development and launching soon at €1.99/month per selector.
How do I post to the feed?
Go to the Feed page and use the post form. You need a sound link to the track you're writing about (Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube or YouTube Music) and a description or thought. This keeps the feed focused on real music.
What sound links are accepted?
Any HTTPS link from one of the supported music platforms: Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube or YouTube Music. Single tracks only — not full albums or playlists.
Can I change my username?
No — usernames are permanent on OnlyDig. Choose carefully when you sign up.
How do I add a social link to my profile?
Go to Settings → Profile and paste your social link (Instagram, SoundCloud, X, Bandcamp, etc.). It will appear on your public profile with the platform name.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone and click Delete Account. This is irreversible and removes all your data immediately.
I found a bug or have feedback — how do I report it?
Email us at support@onlydig.com or use the complaints policy page to report a specific issue.
Is my data safe? What about GDPR?
We store only what's necessary to run the platform (email, username, posts). We comply with GDPR. You can request deletion of your data at any time from Settings or by emailing support@onlydig.com.
Why is OnlyDig in beta?
We're in a public beta phase. Core features like the feed, profiles, and following are live. The Crate Privé (paid subscriptions) launches in the next phase. Expect rough edges — and your feedback shapes what we build next.
Still need help?
Reach us directly — we aim to respond within 48 hours during the beta phase.
