What you can complain about

You may submit a complaint about:

  • Content that violates our Community Guidelines (hate speech, harassment, spam, illegal content)
  • A moderation decision you believe was incorrect
  • A privacy or data protection concern
  • A suspected technical error that affected your account or content
  • A billing or subscription issue (when payments go live)
  • Any conduct that you believe violates applicable EU law

How to submit a complaint

Send your complaint by email to: complaints@onlydig.com

Please include:

  • 01Your username or email address on OnlyDig
  • 02A clear description of the issue
  • 03The relevant URL or content ID if applicable
  • 04The outcome you are seeking

Response timeline

Initial assessmentWithin 7 business days
Resolution or escalationWithin 30 calendar days

Escalation & external redress

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to:

  • Data protection complaints: Your national Data Protection Authority (e.g. Garante Privacy in Italy, CNIL in France, ICO in the UK).
  • DSA (EU Digital Services Act) complaints: The Digital Services Coordinator in the EU member state where you reside.
  • Online dispute resolution: The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Community Guidelines (summary)

OnlyDig is a music community. Content must:

  • Be related to music, selectors, or record culture
  • Include a valid sound link when posting to the feed
  • Not contain hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals
  • Not be spam, automated, or commercially deceptive
  • Not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Comply with applicable EU law

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, depending on severity and recurrence.
